Uno dei risvolti più piacevoli conseguenti alla pubblicazione di questo libro è stata la conoscenza di diverse persone con le quali condivido la passione per le ricerche storiche familari. Ad esempio non avrei mai conosciuto Albert Brancato, americano residente in Germania, il cui nonno paterno fu coevo e conterraneo del mio. Ordinando il libro dalla Germania mi ha fatto sentire per un attimo uno "scrittore internazionale"!!! - Scherzo ovviamente... :-)
